The owner of the Smith house loves the beach and enjoys watching the waves and loves the way they sound. He also loves working out and is all about the staying in shape lifestyle. He has decided that him and a couple of his friend will live together in the Smith House. Him and his friends love working out and hanging out outside. They would always make food outdoors on the deck and just hangout and relax. Thats why he has asked to add an addition to the existing house. He would like a master bedroom, familyroom, outdoor area and most important a exercise room.
